(1) These regulations may be called the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Appointed Actuary) Regulations, 2022. 

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 

(3) The provisions under these regulations shall be applicable to International Financial Services Centres Insurance Offices (IIOs).

(1) These regulations may be called the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Maintenance of Insurance Records and Submission of Requisite Information for Investigation and Inspection) Regulations, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 

(3) Unless otherwise specified herein, these regulations are applicable to all International Financial Services Centres Insurance Offices (IIOs) and International Financial Service Centre Insurance Intermediary Offices (IIIOs).

(1) These regulations may be called the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Assets, Liabilities, and Solvency Margin of General, Health and Re-insurance business) Regulations, 2023. 

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

(1) These regulations may be called the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Payments Regulatory Board) Regulations, 2024.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

(1) These regulations may be called the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Investment by International Financial Service Centre Insurance Office) Regulations, 2022. 

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

(1) These regulations may be called the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Assets, Liabilities, Solvency Margin and Abstract of Actuarial Report for Life Insurance Business) Regulations, 2023. 

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
